+1 DMG FPS Areas, Stages, and When to Push

Advance cleanly, farm when stuck, and treat Stages BOSS as a gear check—not a shortcut.

Areas and Stages Guide

Progress in +1 DMG FPS (DMG FPS) by Mappy Tappy is a push-and-farm rhythm: shoot AI robots for +1 DMG per hit, earn Medals, unlock better guns, Rebirth for power spikes, then open harder areas and Stages BOSS fights until you can keep defending Earth. This guide teaches when to advance, when to sit and farm, and how Buddy, medals, and gun brackets fit the map. Join the correct place (Roblox experience)—this is not +1 DMG Per Revive.

Pair this page with Stage Bosses, Medals and Guns, Rebirth, the Guns Tier List, and Getting Started. Patch context for Buddy and Stages BOSS lives on Update V1.2.

What “areas” and “stages” mean in practice

Public maps rarely publish a complete named atlas with HP tables, so stay operational:

  • An area is any combat pocket where robot density, toughness, and medal income feel consistent.
  • A stage push is a deliberate move into the next harder pocket or boss flag.
  • Stages BOSS is the V1.2 gear-check layer—see the dedicated Stage Bosses approach guide.

You do not need every location name memorized. You need a rule for leaving a comfortable lane.

The advance vs farm decision

Advance when most of these are true:

  • Trash robots in your current income lane die quickly with ammo to spare.
  • Your damage stack and gun feel responsive, not desperate.
  • Deaths (or long downtimes) are rare in the current pocket.
  • You can scout the next pocket for one or two minutes without melting instantly.
  • Buddy is enabled if you already unlocked the V1.2 helper (Buddy).

Farm when any of these dominate:

  • The next pocket drains magazines and health rhythm before packs clear.
  • You are still shopping for a comfort mid gun that would raise kills-per-minute.
  • You are close to a Rebirth breakpoint that would make the push trivial (Rebirth Checklist).
  • You have not redeemed active freebies yet—claim BUDDY, WELCOME, REBIRTH, and RELEASE via the left-side Code button and Codes.
  • You are about to attempt Stages BOSS underpowered; farm a medal block first.

Ego pushes waste medals on panic gun buys. Patient farming into a planned purchase or prestige usually saves Earth faster.

A practical three-lane route philosophy

  1. Warm-up lane: Easy robots to confirm aim, reload timing, and Buddy status after a rejoin.
  2. Income lane: Densest safe pack you can clear without constant downs—this pays for guns and rebirth liquidity.
  3. Push pocket: Short excursions into the next harder area to test readiness; retreat when clears stall.

Rotate intentionally. Living forever in the warm-up lane caps medal income. Living forever in a brick-wall push pocket caps everything.

How Stages BOSS fits the map

Stages BOSS is not your primary medal printer until clears are reliable. Treat it as:

  1. Scout: Learn arena shape and whether your DPS moves the bar (Stage Bosses).
  2. Prep: Buy a high-uptime gun from the Guns Tier List, enable Buddy, bank medals.
  3. Commit: Full focus attempt with disciplined reloads.
  4. Extract: If you fail from raw damage, return to income lanes or consider Rebirth—not five novelty purchases.

Boss wins often unlock the next comfort zone on the map. Boss wipes without a plan only teach frustration.

Medal and gun readiness before a push

Before you call an area “the new home lane,” check spend readiness:

  • Do you own a comfort starter or mid assault you can actually control?
  • Would one S/A upgrade from Medals and Guns raise clear speed more than wandering into elites?
  • Are you saving for Rebirth because gun prices feel inefficient (Rebirth)?
  • For planning bands and save windows, use the Medal Spend Planner.

A push with the wrong gun is sightseeing. A push with a tested comfort loadout is progression.

Buddy’s role when areas get denser

After Update V1.2, Buddy helps destroy enemies beside you. In denser areas:

  • Let Buddy chip trash while you focus tankier targets.
  • Use reload windows to strafe into safer angles while Buddy keeps pressure.
  • If Buddy falls behind, clear a wave yourself, then resume the push.
  • On boss stages, prefer Buddy on adds while you hold boss uptime.

Deep habits: Buddy guide. If Buddy is unlocked but idle, enable it before blaming the map.

Rebirth timing relative to area walls

Area walls are one of the cleanest rebirth signals:

  • Current best lane is trivial.
  • Next area barely moves.
  • Mid guns no longer change medal/hour much.
  • A Stages BOSS scout shows a flat health bar.

That pattern usually means multipliers beat another lateral buy. Run the Rebirth Checklist, read tooltips, then rebuild with Buddy and a comfort gun before re-pushing.

Server and platform notes

Servers typically hold up to 16 players. Busy worlds can speed combined boss melts or add visual noise. Quiet servers make telegraphs cleaner. Hop if lag ruins accuracy on a push attempt. PC mouse aim often unlocks mid assault comfort earlier; mobile players should favor controllable tracking guns and tune touch layouts via Controls.

Suggested session loop for map progress

  1. Redeem codes if any remain unclaimed (How to Redeem).
  2. Warm-up lane with Buddy on; confirm damage is climbing.
  3. Income lane for a timed medal block.
  4. Decide: comfort gun buy, bank for Rebirth, or push pocket scout.
  5. If the scout feels soft, return to income—do not ego-sit in a wipe zone.
  6. When trash is easy and medals are ready, attempt Stages BOSS with a plan.
  7. After a win or a clear damage lesson, update your personal “best lane” note.
  8. Watch Updates and the Sep 19 teaser page so event days do not catch you mid-panic spend.

Common area mistakes

  • Advancing because you are bored, not because clears are fast
  • Farming empty corners where robots never spawn
  • Skipping Buddy, then calling the next area impossible
  • Buying C-tier novelty guns right before a boss flag
  • Rebirthing without a rebuild route back to a known income lane
  • Confusing this place with other “+1 DMG” Roblox titles

Push when the lane is solved. Farm when the next door is a wall. Let Stages BOSS grade your build—and let medals, guns, Buddy, and rebirth do the studying.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about +1 DMG FPS progression, codes, and updates.

When should I push a new area in +1 DMG FPS?

Push when your current income lane dies quickly with ammo to spare, Buddy is on if available, and a short scout of the next pocket does not melt you instantly.

When should I stay and farm instead?

Farm when the next pocket drains you, you still need a comfort gun, or a Rebirth multiplier would make the push trivial. Ego pushes waste medals.

How do Stages BOSS fit into area progression?

Treat Stages BOSS as a gear check after trash feels easy. Scout, prep medals and guns, enable Buddy, then commit—details are on the Stage Bosses guide.

Do I need Buddy before harder areas?

If Buddy is unlocked after V1.2, enable it before dense pushes. It helps clear trash and covers reload windows while you focus tougher targets.

What gun readiness do I need to advance?

Own a controllable starter or mid comfort gun first. Check the Guns Tier List and Medals and Guns before spending on novelty heavies for a single push.

Should area walls trigger a Rebirth?

Often yes when trash is easy, the next area barely moves, and gun prices feel inefficient. Confirm tooltips with the Rebirth guide and checklist.
