Getting Started in +1 DMG FPS

Welcome to +1 DMG FPS (DMG FPS), the Mappy Tappy incremental shooter where every successful hit pushes your damage one step higher while you fight AI robots to help save Earth. This is not the similarly named “+1 DMG Per Revive” experience—join the correct place: Roblox game page. The game is free, runs on Roblox PC and Mobile, and typically hosts up to 16 players per server.

This day-one guide gets you through the first session with clean habits: claim the Defender of Earth badge, understand +1 DMG stacking, earn early medals, buy your first meaningful gun upgrade, and learn where rebirth, Buddy, and bosses fit later. Pair it with Controls, Rebirth, Codes, the Guns Tier List, Buddy, and Stage Bosses.

Minute 0–5: join and survive the HUD

1. Click Play on the official experience and wait for assets to finish streaming.
2. Note your damage readout, medal counter, and gun/loadout entry points as soon as they appear.
3. Move with standard Roblox FPS instincts—see the full mapping on Controls (WASD + mouse on PC; touch joysticks and fire buttons on mobile).
4. Do not open every shop menu yet. First priority is landing shots on a robot.

If the world feels empty, hop servers. With a 16-player cap, busy servers can feel different, but solo progress still works because enemies are AI-driven.

First robot and the Defender of Earth badge

Your first destroyed robot is more than a tutorial kill—it unlocks the Defender of Earth badge. Treat that badge as proof you understand the core loop: aim, shoot, watch damage tick upward, collect the progression currency the game grants for clears.

Tips for the first fight:

• Keep moving; standing still teaches bad habits for denser packs later.
• Fire controlled bursts if recoil blooms—uptime matters more than spraying the sky.
• After the kill, glance at your damage value. That rising number is the fantasy: +1 DMG per hit compounding into stronger shots over time.

Understand +1 DMG stacking without overthinking math

Public exact formulas are not fully documented, so stay practical:

• More hits landed means faster personal power growth.
• Reloading forever or missing constantly slows the stack.
• Guns that help you stay on target (starter pistol/SMG-style comfort picks) accelerate early stacking better than awkward heavy weapons you cannot control yet.

Your job on day one is not to min-max a spreadsheet. It is to keep the trigger honest: high accuracy, short downtime, steady medal income. When numbers feel soft against a new area, that is a signal to upgrade guns or prepare a rebirth—not to invent secret multipliers.

Early medals and your first gun upgrades

Medals are the spendable backbone of progression. You earn them by playing the shoot-loop and clearing content; you spend them on better guns and other unlocks. Deep farming theory lives in Medals and Guns; day-one rules are simpler:

1. Buy one comfortable upgrade from the starter pistol/SMG band as soon as trash robots take too long.
2. Stop shopping. Farm until the next area feels slow again.
3. Avoid blowing the entire medal bank on a flashy mid gun before you understand rebirth timing.

UI overview: what to click, what to ignore

Expect panels for guns, medals/economy, rebirth, and—after V1.2—Buddy plus Stages BOSS entry points. A practical order for your first hour:

1. Combat HUD and ammo/reload feedback
2. Gun shop / unlock list
3. Rebirth button/tooltip (read it; do not press it yet)
4. Buddy helper controls once unlocked
5. Boss/stage portals when you have damage to spare

PC vs mobile on day one

Both platforms are first-class. Differences that matter immediately:

• PC: Mouse aim makes mid assault rifles easier sooner. Use Shift+F5 if you need the Roblox FPS overlay while tuning graphics—covered in Controls.
• Mobile: Favor low-recoil SMG-style tracking. Increase touch button comfort before chasing heavy kick weapons. Play in short focused bursts if thermals throttle your device.

Sensitivity is personal. If you cannot track strafing robots, lower sensitivity before buying another gun.

Where rebirth, Buddy, and bosses fit (do not rush)

5. Unlock/enable Buddy when available; let it help packs.
6. Peek a boss portal only as a scouting run.
7. Stop before a sleepy rebirth; finish the checklist another day.

Common day-one mistakes

• Spending every medal the instant they appear
